At Geodision Pty Ltd T/A Alice Pool & Spa Centre, your rights are protected under the Australian Consumer Law.

• You are entitled to a replacement or refund if goods are faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from their description.

• You are entitled to a repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

• Services must be delivered with due care and skill. If not, you are entitled to a remedy.

• We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind, but we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

Invoices are due on the day of issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Some accounts may be approved for 7-day terms (by prior arrangement).

• Overdue accounts may incur a $25 late fee per invoice plus 2% monthly interest.

• Recovery costs may also be charged if further action is required.

Goods left for repair, service, or storage must be collected within 30 days of notification.

• Storage fees may apply after 30 days.

• Goods may be sold, disposed of, or otherwise dealt with in accordance with the Uncollected Goods Act (NT).

• All warranty claims are assessed according to manufacturer guidelines.

• Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.

• If goods are returned for warranty inspection and no fault is found, inspection fees may apply.

• All care is taken with customer property left on-site.

• We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing faults, deterioration, or misuse.

• Customers must collect goods within the agreed timeframe (see Uncollected Goods Policy).

• Please store chemicals in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.

• Never mix chemicals.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available upon request.

• We collect your details to process orders, manage accounts, and provide service.

• We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required by law.
